Releasing the Warrior Herbal Tea

The key to nourishing the body is to release and let go of old patterns and thoughts. The combination of this blend reorganizes and rejuvenates for optimum potential and action for success. The special infusion includes: Licorice Root, Burdock Root, Ginger, Cloves, Dandelion Root, Fennel, Aniseed, Juniper Berry, Coriander, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Parsley, Sage, and Tumeric.  A part of the Tea with Intention Series in support of the Five Elements from Chinese Medicine, this tea is a part of the Wood Element.  Although pepper and tumeric appear in this tea, it has an earthy taste to it with the dandelion root and the fennel, herbs found in Cape Breton gardens in the spring and early summer.
